Our goal is that you love your order as much as your GSD! While our GSD-inspired gear is typically non-returnable, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you’re satisfied.

Eligibility for a Refund:

🐾 If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging and condition.

🐾 If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
